Cultivating Coders was founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a simple conviction: that access to technology education changes lives. For over a decade, we ran one of the region's most respected coding camps - training hundreds of students and placing them into meaningful technology careers.
That work gave us something most consulting firms don't have: a deep, ground-up understanding of how technology is learned, built, and broken. We didn't just write software - we taught others how to think about it.
Over time, the organizations we served started asking for more. More architecture. More security. More systems expertise. We answered. Today, Cultivating Coders is an SBA 8(a) certified technology consulting firm - and those coding camp roots aren't just history. They're the reason our team thinks differently than most.
